Notary Services
Lee Ohlmann Law is pleased to provide notarization services for your document-signing needs.
Notary services are available
in person, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
These services are open to any reasonable and lawful request for notarization. However, please note that under Oregon law (ORS 194.250), a notary public has sole discretion to decline any notarization.
Each notarization is subject to the statutory fee of $10.00 per notarial act, in accordance with ORS 194.400(2). For more information or to request services, please contact our office at office@leeohlmannlaw.com.
It is the individual notary’s responsibility to maintain their commission, seal, and journal, including renewing their commission as required by the Oregon Secretary of State.
Legal Notice:
The notary public is not an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Oregon and is not authorized to provide legal advice (including immigration matters) or charge a fee for those activities.
No notarizations will be performed for colleagues or clients on firm premises when such notarization could create a conflict of interest or violate professional boundaries. Upon termination or resignation of employment, the notary journal and seal remain the personal property of the commissioned notary. The notary’s stamp or seal must always be retained and secured by the notary and may not be used by any other person. The firm does not assume responsibility for the notary’s individual acts or liabilities beyond coverage expressly provided under the firm’s insurance policies and business hours.
