Aime C. Lee Ohlmann

Litigation Partner

Aime has been working and involved in family law since 2012, when she began as a legal assistant in a family law litigation firm. Seeing the role that family law can play in people’s lives, she eventually returned to school and attended Lewis & Clark Law School, graduating in 2022. 

Aime enjoys the complex problem solving involved in cases with businesses, complex assets, spousal support, and unique fact patterns. She has handled many high-asset cases involving complex large-scale business and property valuations. Aime's background as a small business owner who ran a real estate development company means that business and property issues are her expertise.



Aime's philosophy on family law prioritizes settlements that minimize conflict and allow families to transition to healthy co-parenting relationships. The dissolution process is often one of the most dramatic upheavals a family goes through; unnecessary conflict in this arena creates real harm to families that may need to continue co-parenting for years to come. With that said, Aime believes that the court system is an invaluable tool in cases involving power imbalances, uncooperative opposing parties, or trauma and abuse. 

When she’s not at the office, Aime is a mom to twin boys and enjoys renovating homes and working with her hands. 

Nicky Blumm

Managing Partner

Nicky Blumm is the managing partner at Lee Ohlmann Law. Nicky prides himself on centering conflict resolution, tailoring solutions for unique cases, and finding amicable resolutions whenever possible. Nicky’s practice is divided between family law (with specialties in mediation and out-of-court settlement) and estate planning (with specialties in young families and high-acuity matters).

Nicky also serves the Oregon community as a volunteer attorney for children in the Portland Metro area as well as a mediator for Multnomah County.

Prior to Lee Ohlmann Law, Nicky's legal experience was at one of top 100 biggest American law firms, where he was a civil litigator that drafted and researched complex motions as a leader of the major motions team.

Nicky was born and raised in Oregon. After graduating from Claremont McKenna College with degrees in Philosophy & Government, prior to his legal career, Nicky was a management consultant who worked throughout the United States at the intersection of technology and people.

When he is not in the office, Nicky is likely to be found on a mountain, climbing up and skiing down. He documents his alpine missions as an alpine reporter for Snowbrains.com. After a long day in the snow, he spends his time with his partner, reading voraciously and petting his two cats.

Thelma Martinez-Hernandez

Associate Attorney

Originally from Texas, Thelma moved to Oregon in 2022 to attend Lewis & Clark Law School, receiving her Juris Doctor in 2026. During her time in law school, Thelma had the opportunity to participate in several appellate and negotiation moot court competitions which sparked her interest and passion for advocacy and litigation.

Prior to Lee Ohlmann Law, Thelma worked in both the public and private sectors in Texas and Washington, DC after graduating from St. Edward’s University with her Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business. Her entrance to the legal field began as a legal assistant in immigration law, before working in plaintiff’s side personal injury as a law clerk for two years of law school. Thelma also had the  opportunity to extern for Adidas at their North America Headquarters , adding transactional law experience to her repertoire.

Through her  lived experiences, as well as her experience working with underserved and low-income communities in the non-profit sector, Thelma is focused on providing an increased level of empathy and understanding to clients as they move through the legal process.

When she’s not in office, Thelma can be found exploring the Pacific Northwest alongside her husband and pup, or back in Texas spending as much time with nephew and family as possible.

Briana McMurray

Briana joined Lee Ohlmann Law as a paralegal in January 2026, following a lengthy career in consumer-based services and as a reading interventionist at a local non-profit organization. As the firm's intake specialist, Briana interacts with potential clients and community members with a trauma-informed lens, understanding the importance of meeting people where they are as they reach out for help with their legal matters. Outside of work, Briana enjoys spending time with her family and reading novels.

Kate Cuadrado

Originally from California, Kate moved to Oregon in 2021 to attend the University of Portland, where she graduated with a degree in English and a minor in Ethnic Studies. Following this, Kate worked as a Legal and Billing Assistant in an estate planning law firm where she quickly fell in love with the client-focused legal work. In her most recent shift to family law with Lee Ohlmann Law, Kate is passionate about providing careful and people-centered work for the attorneys.

Outside of the office, Kate is an avid reader, adoring cat mom, and unsuspecting horror movie enthusiast.

Reid Osterloth

Senior Law Clerk

Originally from Florida, Reid came to the Pacific Northwest to attend Lewis & Clark Law School, where he has thrived as a new Oregonian. He quickly fell in love with the openness of Portland and the collaborative nature of the Oregon legal community.

As a student, Reid focuses on contracts, tax law, and estate planning, driven by a passion for helping people prepare for the unpredictable. After graduating, he plans to help non-traditional families protect themselves, their loved ones, and their assets through strategic planning and legal guidance. Reid hopes to pursue an LLM in Taxation to deepen his expertise.

Outside of the office, Reid enjoys spending time at home with his fiancée and two cats.

Kim Cano Cortes

Law Clerk

Kim is a second-year law student at Lewis & Clark Law School. She is originally from Oregon and has always wanted to practice law because she is passionate about advocating for individuals seeking to protect their rights. She is prepared to do so through negotiation and settlement or in the courtroom through litigation.

Before joining Lee Ohlmann Law, Kim worked as a Legal Assistant at an immigration law firm, where she gained  hands-on legal experience assisting a diverse range of clients. As someone from an immigrant family and a first-generation college and law student, she is especially committed to expanding access to legal representation for marginalized communities and contributing to a more diverse and inclusive legal profession in Portland.

At Lewis & Clark, Kim serves as the elected Secretary of the Latiné Law Society for the current academic year. She will also soon be a member of the NALSA Moot Court team, where she is looking to develop her advocacy and courtroom skills.

A fun fact about Kim is that she is a huge fan of Twilight, and loves the Autumn season, especially because she is able to recreate iconic Twilight scenes from the movies!

Stella Joa

Senior Law Clerk

Before entering the legal field, Stella built a strong academic foundation in international politics and criminal justice, earning her Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University before completing post-baccalaureate coursework in criminal justice. Her interest in law grew from a desire to understand the intersection of global policy and individual rights.

Stella earned her Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2025, where she developed her skills in legal research, analysis, and client communication. Bilingual in English and Korean, Stella brings a global perspective and a strong sense of cultural awareness to her work.

Stella is passionate about accessible, client-centered legal service and approaches each case with empathy, clarity, and a commitment to helping people navigate complex systems with confidence.
